Legal Services Fee Schedule
Harrington Law, P.C., maintains a flexible approach to the issue of attorney fees. Most cases are handled on an hourly basis, which generally requires the payment of a retainer fee in advance. Some cases, for example personal injury matters, are handled on a contingent fee basis (no recovery, no fee). In limited circumstances, a flat fee is negotiated for the entire case, to be paid in advance.

Standard Contingent Fee Schedule
33% of gross (plus expense reimbursement) if case settles more than 30 days
before trial
40% of gross (plus expense reimbursement) if the case proceeds to trial
50% of gross (plus expense reimbursement) if the case is appealed
Standard Mediation Fee Schedule
Bill Harrington charges $200 per hour for his services as mediator. This fee
is normally divided evenly between the parties unless the parties negotiate a
separate arrangement.
